Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create a Mitra Suite account, we collect your email address, name (optional), and phone number (optional). If you sign in via Google, we receive your Google profile name and email through a secure OAuth token exchange. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other data.

2. Device Identification

To enforce per-device licensing limits, our apps generate a random, anonymous installation identifier (UUID) stored locally on your device. This ID contains zero hardware information and cannot be used to identify you or your physical device. It resets automatically if you reinstall the application.

3. Local Data Storage

All educational content, quiz data, study materials, and progress statistics in the TET Mitra application are stored exclusively on your device's local database. This data is never uploaded to our servers, ensuring your study metrics remain entirely private.

4. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials at any time.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is used solely for account management, license verification, and delivering the services you have subscribed to.

6. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data (licenses, device records) at any time from the Profile section of your dashboard. Upon deletion, all records are irrecoverably removed from our databases within seconds, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
